Q: How do I keep my stainless equipment clean?
A: Stainless steel is known for its durability and sanitary properties. It’s surface is non-porous and therefore resists corrosion, rust, dirt, dust and grime, not to mention germs. You can clean stainless steel with just about any multipurpose cleaner, however those with ammonia or any glass cleaner will work well to maintain the shiny surface.  For more heavy-duty cleaning, try a mild detergent and warm water, and towel dry to prevent water spots, which can be caused by minerals in the water.  When using a detergent, make sure there are no particles in the detergent that will scratch the stainless surface.
